Milica's career has seen her lead multinational PR campaigns and execute high-impact initiatives across diverse and dynamic sectors, including:
Technology & Gaming: Guided PR strategy across 9 key markets in Central and Southeast Europe for a major global technology leader, overseeing media relations, product launches (including AI-powered tools), and communications for significant industry conferences.
Sustainability & Energy: Acted as Communications Consultant for PET - Platform for Energy Transition since its inception, handling all external communications, website content, and social media. As Deputy Editor-in-Chief for Energetski Portal, she led website rebranding and directed editorial and content strategy for print and online.
Automotive & Experiential: As PR Specialist for Delta Auto (distributor of BMW, MINI, and Honda in Serbia), she developed comprehensive PR strategies, adapted global campaigns, and organized high-impact events. This included managing press conferences, exclusive model unveilings, motor shows, motorcycle gatherings, and leading the BMW International Football Cup organization. Her experience covers key brand experiences like BMW xDrive Experience, BMW Business League, and MINIjada. Milica was part of the team that introduced the BMWi to the Serbian market, navigating a nascent electric vehicle (EV) landscape devoid of subsidies, charging infrastructure, or a regulatory framework.
